JB Rose, the multi-talented singer-songwriter and social media content creator, also known as the Singing Vegan Mum, is thrilled to announce the release of her latest soulful single, "We Are One," set to drop on July 18, 2024. This captivating cover of the iconic Frankie Beverly & MAZE track has been reimagined with a reggae twist by top Jamaican musicians, adding a fresh and vibrant energy to the classic hit.
"We Are One" was recorded in Jamaica with esteemed musicians who have worked with legends like Jimmy Cliff, Shaggy, C-Sharp, Protoje, andNotice Heavy. The single, produced by Howard Buckley AKA Fada Buck at Jehovah Jireh Mixing Lab in Wembley, North London, showcases JB Rose's angelic vocals and includes a new verse penned by the artist herself.
"I chose this cover because 'We Are One' is the epitome of my brand," says JB Rose. "We are nothing without each other, and together we can do great things. In this world of war, turmoil, and lack of peace, I want to use this song to remind us that we have the power to change anything, and we can do it together."

JB Rose has seen fabulous success with her recent singles "Back to Love," (Summer 2021) which held the number one spot in all the soul charts for over six weeks, and “GOLD,"(Summer 2022) both soulful hits produced by Beverley Knight producer’s 2B3. This new single continues to build JB’s swelling fan base. It is clear that JB is no stranger to the music industry and was originally signed to RCA/Sony Music as part of Maximum Style with 4Hero’s Marc Mac and Dego. With Maximum Style, JB released a seminal jazzy drum n bass album and several tracks like "Waste Of Time," "Admit To Love," and "Wake Up," which caught fire on the underground scene in the UK, US, Europe, and Japan. She has also recorded with Bugz In The Attic and Swayzak, sung backing vocals for Coolio and Omar, and supported Chaka Khan. Most recently, she performed live alongside UK soul legends Junior, DonE, and Noel McCoy.

My Music World
I am currently writing and recording a batch of new songs for my upcoming Album called ‘Jubilee’ and have already received tremendous success for my 2020 hit single ‘Back to Love’, which was co-written with Chante Berry-Gordon and Neville Thomas, who is one part of the acclaimed 2B3 Production.
I also was nominated in three categories for the 2020 Ground Breaking Black Out Awards: Best Female, Best Soul Artist and Best UK Artist. My live performance at the awards on YouTube is still receiving much praise and is definitely one not to be missed.
2021 had already started with a bang with my newest single ‘GOLD’ topping all the charts and proving my popularity as an overall superstar. The continued success of my single ‘GOLD’ is part of my 2021 plan to release singles as a lead-up to the album Jubilee which is due out in 2022.
