I love cooking; in fact, I’ve been accused of being a ‘feeder’ as anyone who ever visits me will lay testimony to. Without fail, my guests are plied with vegan snacks, meals and of course, my baking, which my loving, Jamaican mother taught me how to do from an early age. Of course, my two boys are big fans of my cooking, and I love that I have created lots of recipes that are quick to make, that will fit into any family’s hectic schedule and is delicious.

My recipes are here for you to try if you are curious, if you are interested in easy, healthy Caribbean inspired vegan food. You don’t have to be a vegan to try these recipes, and if you are along with time vegan, then I have a few ideas to add to your weekly meal plan. Like my music, this food is here to put you in a positive mood and answer the question… ‘what should I cook today?’
